2025 Theme: Unleashed To Live A Life Worthy Of Your Calling
Theme Texts: Ephesians 4:1, 1 Thessalonians 4:7, and Galatians 1:24

As part of its continuing vision to equip believers for kingdom impact, The Church of Pentecost has declared its 2025 theme: “Unleashed to Live a Life Worthy of Your Calling,” drawn from Ephesians 4:1, 1 Thessalonians 4:7, and Galatians 1:24.
This year’s theme invites all Christians to see their professional work, daily routines, and public engagements as full-time ministry. It challenges the long-held perception that kingdom service is confined to church walls, reminding believers that every aspect of life—work, relationships, service, and even leisure—can be an expression of worship and purpose.
A Life of Purpose in a Real World
The call is clear: believers are not only saved—they are sent into the world. Our presence in the marketplace, hospitals, schools, farms, offices, and homes is not by chance. We are unleashed to reflect Christ in every sphere of society.
“Unleashed” here represents a divine release—empowering Christians to live boldly, love deeply, serve faithfully, and shine brightly wherever they are placed.
Work as Worship
Rather than separating spiritual life from professional life, the theme affirms that every job becomes sacred when done with the mindset of ministry. Whether one is a teacher, nurse, artisan, engineer, student, trader, or retiree, we are all called to live out our faith in real and practical ways. Living a life worthy of our calling means letting our conduct, choices, and character reflect our relationship with Christ—radically, generously, creatively, and consistently.
Holiness, Not Just Abstinence
This theme also refocuses attention on holiness as a lifestyle, not just the absence of sin. It calls for Christians to display love, peace, humility, integrity, and self-discipline, becoming visible signs of God’s grace in an often chaotic world.
“The calling we have received is to live a life of holiness amidst a perverse society, reflecting God’s saving grace.”
A Year of Realignment
Aligned with the broader Vision 2028 of the Church, several subthemes will guide the teaching and activities throughout the year, including:
-
Living for eternal rewards
-
Living your faith in the public sphere
-
Serving God with our possessions
-
Unleashed to save the never-dying soul
-
The practice of waiting upon God through fasting and prayer
-
Revitalizing worship and fellowship in the local church
A Charge to All
The 2025 theme is a call to stop compartmentalizing faith and start integrating it fully into every facet of life. Our daily lives—work, studies, family, service, and rest—are all opportunities to glorify God.

As we embrace this call in 2025, may we truly live lives that point the world to Christ—making Jesus known, not just in word, but in the quality and character of our lives.
